Nextrium Labs
Now taking projects for the next quarter

Blockchain and AI products that hold up in production.

Nextrium Labs LLC is a software engineering studio. We design and ship blockchain systems, AI applications, and custom software — from smart contracts and dApps to the platforms and cloud behind them.

What we do

From smart contracts to shipped software

On-chain and off-chain, model and interface, infrastructure and design — one team across the whole build, so nothing falls through the gap between disciplines.

Blockchain & Web3

Decentralized products built for real users — wallet flows that make sense, on-chain logic that does not surprise anyone, and the indexing layer behind it.

  • dApps & wallets
  • Token systems
  • Indexers & subgraphs

Smart contract engineering

Contracts written to be read, tested, and audited: full test suites, invariants, gas-conscious design, and a codebase ready for third-party review.

  • Solidity & Rust
  • Test suites & invariants
  • Audit preparation

AI applications

Practical AI woven into real workflows — assistants grounded in your own data, agents that take action, and automation that removes manual steps.

  • LLM applications
  • RAG & search
  • Agents & automation

Custom software

Web and mobile products built end to end — from a first release that proves the idea to the platform and APIs it grows into.

  • Web apps & SaaS
  • iOS & Android
  • APIs & integrations

Cloud & DevOps

Infrastructure that stays quiet — reproducible environments, automated delivery, node and RPC setups, and observability you can act on.

  • Infra as code
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Node & RPC infrastructure

Design & UX

Interfaces that earn trust in the first ten seconds — including the hard parts of Web3, like signing, gas, and failure states.

  • Product design
  • Design systems
  • Accessibility

How we work

A process built around visible progress

Four phases, each ending in something you can see and judge for yourself. No black boxes, no surprise invoices.

  1. 01

    Discover

We map the problem, the users, and the constraints — chains, models, compliance — then agree on what success looks like before a line of code is written.

  2. 02

    Design

Flows, interfaces, and architecture take shape together, so what gets designed is something we can actually ship and secure.

  3. 03

    Build

Short, visible iterations. You see working software every week, with tests, reviews, and testnet deployments baked into the pipeline.

  4. 04

    Ship & scale

Mainnet or production launch, then measure and harden — performance, security, monitoring, and support as the product finds its footing.

Why Nextrium

A studio that behaves like part of your team

Small enough to care about the details, structured enough to be dependable when the deadline is real.

Senior engineers only

The people in your kickoff call are the people writing the code. No layers, no handoffs to a junior bench.

Security-first by habit

Threat modelling, test coverage, and peer review are part of the build — not a phase bolted on the week before launch.

Shipped in weeks

Scoped sprints with a working build at the end of each one, so progress is something you use rather than read about.

You own everything

Code, contracts, infrastructure, and IP are yours from day one — handed over with documentation, not held hostage.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us

Pick the shape that fits the problem. We will tell you honestly if a different one serves you better.

Project sprint

Fixed scope

A defined outcome — an MVP, a contract suite, an AI feature, an integration — delivered on an agreed timeline and budget.

  • Discovery workshop
  • Weekly builds
  • Handover & docs

Dedicated pod

Most popular

An embedded team of engineers and designers working alongside yours, month to month.

  • Full-stack team
  • Your tools & rituals
  • Scale up or down

Retainer

Architecture reviews, contract and technical due diligence, and a second opinion when the call is expensive to get wrong.

FAQ

The questions we get first

Anything not covered here, ask us directly — we answer plainly.

contact@nextriumlabs.com
How does an engagement start?

With a short call. We ask about the problem, the timeline, and the constraints, then send a written scope with phases, deliverables, and pricing. Nothing starts until that document is signed off.

Which chains and stacks do you work with?

EVM chains such as Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, and Polygon, plus Solana, with Solidity and Rust. Off-chain we work in TypeScript, React and Next.js, Node, and Python. If you are already committed to a stack, we work in it rather than around it.

Do you audit smart contracts?

We write contracts with full test suites, invariants, and internal peer review, and we prepare the codebase so a third-party audit goes smoothly — including fixing and re-testing findings. We do not issue audit reports ourselves; for that we work alongside a specialist audit firm.

How long does a typical project take?

A focused first release usually lands in six to twelve weeks. Larger platforms and protocols run as a series of phases so value ships continuously rather than in one distant launch.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. We regularly embed with in-house teams — joining your standups, boards, and repositories — or take full ownership of a workstream, whichever fits how you already operate.

How do you price work?

Fixed price per phase for defined scope, or a monthly rate for a dedicated pod. Either way you get the number before work begins, and changes are quoted before they are built.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You do, entirely, from the first commit. We build in your repositories and cloud accounts where possible, and everything transfers with documentation at handover.
